As the Co-Founder and COO of itracks, she has taken the company from start up to expanding globally. She led her team in the development of one of the world’s first online focus group platforms, followed by the first online research online discussion board platform. Under Garnette’s leadership, itracks has assisted clients with technology and services to transition traditional market research processes to efficient online methods as well as developing methods unique to the online/mobile environment. Numerous brands and market research companies have used itracks’ qualitative platforms including MassMutual, JnJ and 3M. Garnette received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Saskatchewan.
