About this Speaker
Chandra is a former high school Spanish teacher turned Fortune 100 Senior Tech Consultant, committed to helping moms and women of color gain access to greater economic opportunities and influence. Currently, as the Program Director for RISE, she is on a mission to empower moms, challenge stereotypical representation of today’s workforce, fast track tech career advancement to higher paying, more influential roles, and to support women’s career advancement through a variety of programs. She previously served as a senior consultant and change champion at Cognizant Technology Solutions, and has a proven track record in adding value, delivering results, and converting strategy into action, helping not only deliver leadership objectives but driving strategic business objectives.
